We’re limiting each package to a small number of clients so we can deliver properly. If a package is sold out, we’ll place you on the October waitlist.
2) What’s the difference between the three packages?

3) Are there discounts?
No—September is “extra value, same price.” Bonuses are: extra CMH exposure (Startup), +R500 ad credit (Growth), and strategy calls (Premium).
4) Do I need an ad budget on top of the package price?
Yes. We recommend:
Startup: R300–R600
Growth: R1,000–R2,000 (+ we add R500)
Premium: R3,000–R6,000
You keep ownership of the ad accounts; we manage the spend transparently.
5) Who creates the content and who owns it?
CMH designs all visuals/copy included in your package. You have full rights to reuse them on your channels.
6) What platforms do you support?
Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter). Premium can include Google Ads. Email via your preferred tool; SMS via supported local providers.
7) How long does onboarding take?
Usually 2–3 business days after we receive assets (logo, product photos, links) and confirm goals.
8) What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, brand colours, product/service links, 2–3 reference pages you like, and access to your social pages/ad accounts (or we’ll help set them up).
9) How do the CMH affiliate features work?
For Growth & Premium, we list you in CMH Exclusive Deals / premium placements and invite affiliates to promote your products with their tracking. You only pay CMH commissions after successful sales—no risk to list.
10) Do you provide reports?
Premium includes a monthly performance report (traffic, reach, clicks, and key actions). For Startup/Growth, we provide a summary update at the end of the campaign.
11) Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Startup → Growth or Growth → Premium at any time; we’ll pro-rate deliverables where possible.
12) What’s your refund/cancellation policy?
Because this is service work, packages are non-refundable once work starts. If you need to pause, talk to us— we’ll bank remaining deliverables for up to 30 days.
13) Does this affect CMH vendor commissions?
No. Your CMH commission structure stays the same; these packages are separate marketing services that help you get more views and sales.
