• Visit the Sign Up page on the CMH website.

• Choose the Vendor option and complete the registration form.

• Once approved, you can start listing your products/services.

Subscription Plans:

Free Plan:

• Uses the base commission rates above.
• Vendors cover a 3% transaction fee. 

Starter Plan (R250/month):

• Receives a 1% discount on the base commission rate.
• Earns 1% cashback on direct sales.
• CMH covers 50% of transaction fees.

Pro Plan (R500/month):

• Receives a 2% discount on the base commission rate.
• Earns 2% cashback on direct sales.
• CMH covers the full transaction fee after R5,000 in monthly sales.

Important Note:

Discounts are non-stacking; vendors receive either the high-volume discount or the subscription discount, with a maximum discount cap of 2%.

• Log in to your vendor dashboard.

• Click on Add Product/Service and fill in the details (e.g., title, description, price, images).

• Submit the listing for approval.

• Free Plan:

  • You are responsible for a 3% transaction fee on every sale.

• Starter Plan (R250/month):

  • You receive a 50% reduction in transaction fees, meaning you effectively pay about 1.5% per transaction.

• Pro Plan (R500/month):

  • Once you reach R5,000 in monthly sales, CMH covers the full transaction fee.
  • For sales below R5,000, the standard transaction fee applies until that threshold is met.

• Payouts are processed after each sale, minus CMH’s commission and transaction fees.

• Minimum Payout: R150.

• Transfer Fee: R15 per transfer to your bank account.

• Log in to your vendor dashboard.

• Navigate to the Payment Settings section.

• Enter your bank account details to receive payouts.

Yes, you can create discounts or promotions for your products/services. Use the Promotions tab in your vendor dashboard to set them up.

• You are responsible for packaging and arranging delivery.

• You can use your preferred courier service or allow customers to arrange their own shipping.

• Affiliates can also assist customers with local deliveries using services like Courier Guy, Bolt, or Uber Send.

• You can also reach out to your assigned affiliate for assistance with promotions and sales.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Contact Support for Assistance

• • Automatic Downgrade: If you cancel your paid plan (Starter or Pro), your account will revert to the Free Plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Loss of Paid Benefits: Upon cancellation, you will lose all the benefits associated with your paid plan—this includes commission discounts, cashback on direct sales, and any reduced transaction fee coverage.
  • Standard Fees Apply: With the Free Plan, you will resume paying the standard 3% transaction fee and the base commission rates outlined for your product category.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any subscription fees paid are non-refundable, and your current billing period will continue until its scheduled end.
