As a Team Leader, you earn:
10% commission on your personal sales.
0.5% commission from your team’s sales.

If a team member is inactive for 50 days, their commission rate drops by 1% every 50 days (minimum 4%).
As a Team Leader, you can encourage inactive members to re-engage by sharing posts or offering support.
