CMH Affiliate Terms of Service (TOS)
1. Introduction
Welcome to the CMH Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (TOS). Please read them carefully before participating.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be 18 years or older to join.
You must provide accurate registration details, including payment information.
CMH reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to promote CMH businesses and products ethically and honestly.
Spamming, misleading promotions, or false claims are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must comply with all local laws and CMH’s brand guidelines.
4. Commission Structure & Payments
Affiliates earn a percentage of each sale made through their referral links.
Commission rates are subject to change based on CMH policies.
Payments are processed biweekly, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold.
Any fraudulent or self-referrals will result in commission forfeiture.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not use paid ads on CMH-branded keywords.
False representation as an official CMH partner is not allowed.
Use of automated bots or unethical marketing tactics will result in termination.
6. Affiliate Subdomains
Affiliates may request a CMH subdomain at a discounted rate.
R50/month if sales are below R1000/month.
Free subdomain if sales exceed R1000/month.
Full responsibility for managing the subdomain falls on the affiliate.
CMH reserves the right to revoke a subdomain for policy violations.
7. Termination & Modifications
CMH reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time due to violations or inactivity.
Terms may be updated at any time, with changes communicated in advance.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
CMH is not responsible for any technical issues, affiliate losses, or third-party actions.
Affiliates operate as independent partners and not employees of CMH.
